After logging into our member website, you can update your email address and password by visiting the My Profile page. You can also update other personal information including your mailing address by clicking on the Update Info link on our home page.

We ask questions about you, such as your age, gender, interests, employment, purchasing behaviors and online usage to help us develop general trends. This information is reported in aggregate and all information you provide will be kept completely confidential. No information will be shared or sold to any third parties.

Participating in our surveys is always completely optional. We do, however, encourage you to participate in our surveys each time you receive an invitation because every time you qualify and complete an entire survey, product review, or other Trendsetter project you will automatically be entered into the Dotdash Meredith 2024 Panel Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes!

Our typical surveys are short and take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. (Longer ones take 10 to 20 minutes to complete.) We try to keep the surveys to a maximum of 20 minutes. This time may vary depending on the speed of your internet connection or browser.
